Type of Service Required dialog

If you purchased the Divorce Software for Washington State notice in the dialog “Type of Service Required”, two option buttons are preset by default and cannot be changed by the user.

The "Client's State of Residence" is defaulted to "Washington" as your software is for the state of Washington. Additional states will be available in the future.

The second option defaulted is the type of service required, which defaults to "Ending the Marriage/Domestic Relationship" because this is the only working selection. The "Child Custody/Parentage/Support" selection will be available prior to April 1, 2010 and free to all current members that own the Divorce Software. The "Anti harassment" and "Domestic Violence" selections should be available prior to the end of the year and too will be available with the Divorce Software. Some of these forms are readably available now.

Additional Online Help

Throughout the program you will notice links in the Resource Window and dialog Window as shown in the above photo, RCW 26,09.02. These links can be opened within the Resource Window or you may right click on the link and select "Open In New Window". If you select the latter, the link will open in your internet browser.
