4.2 Major Decisions

The Parenting Plan offers the following options in Paragraph 4.2:

For this dialog , we offer the above option as well as "Not Applicable" and "Other" as shown in Figure 1.

For this demonstration, we will select the first option.  When selecting this option you are required to respond to "Education decisions", "Non-emergency health care", and "Religious upbringing".  You may add additional decisions required by your client in the spreadsheet shown in Figure 2; there is no limit to how many additional decisions you may add.
