Marriage Dependent Upon Both Spouses
Shown in Figure 1 is the dialog regarding the children. By
default, being we choose With Dependent Children in the Court Forms
dialog the question "Are there dependent children of the marriage?"
is defaulted to "Yes".

For this demonstration, we shall answer, "Are their dependent stepchildren
from previous relationships?" by selecting, "There are dependent
stepchildren." Notice in Figure 2 after we answer
this question, the question color changes to black. Red questions
must be answered before you can move to the next dialog .
In addition, shown in Figure 2, for this demonstration we selected
"Husband" when prompted with the question, "Which
party has dependent children from a previous relationship?"

Figure 3 shows changes to both the dialog Window as
well as the Interview Window after answering 1.3 Children of the
Marriage Upon Either or Both Spouses questions.

You can select "New: Dependent Child" and/or "New:
Husband's Child" from the Interview Window shown
above in Figure 3 or click the links shown in Figure 4,
which are in the dialog Window.

Adding Children's
Information to the dialog
As shown in Figure 5 the following questions are asked for Children
of the Marriage Upon Both Spouses:
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Social Security Number - flows to the Confidential Information Form.
- Gender- flows to the Confidential Information Form.
- DOB
- Race - flows to the Confidential Information Form.
- Which parent is the custodial parent? - answering this question will also default
the address of the child in this dialog , the address may be changed if different.
- Which parent should be awarded the income tax exemption for this child each year?
- Address
- County
- City
- State or Country
- Zip Code

As shown in Figure 6, only the "Full Legal Name of Child"
and "Child's Age" is asked for stepchildren or children
dependent upon only one spouse.

To demonstration we will and two children, "Jenny and Bill Sample"
as shown in Figure 7 & Figure 8. We will also add
one child dependent on the husband but not on the wife, see Figure 9.

Shown in Figure 10, the dialogs in the Interview Window
change to reflect the child's first name. You may continue adding children
by selecting the "New: Dependent Child" and/or "New:
Husband's Child" dialog .
