1.13 Pregnancy

Pregnancy dialog
Shown in Figure 1, the dialog presents you with two options and
an "Other?" question. By default the program selects "No"
for the "Other?" question as shown below; however,
you are required to select either the wife is or is not pregnant.

The wife is not pregnant.
Figure 2 below shows the Document Preview tab after selecting the wife is not pregnant.

Figure 3 below shows the Document Preview tab after selecting the wife is pregnant.

When selecting yes to the "Other?" a text box is added to the dialog as shown in Figure 4.
