1.12 Protection Order

Protection Order initial dialog
Shown in Figure 1, the dialog presents you with one option box,
which has the caption in red. As stated earlier questions highlighted in red require
a response prior to moving to the next dialog .

Does Not Apply
Shown in Figure 2 the Document Preview tab when selecting
"Does not Apply". Also notice in Figure 2 A
the caption in the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (PTDSS) regarding
the [ ] Order for protection DV (PTORPRT) and [ ] Order for protection
UH (PTORAH) are unchecked.

Shown in Figure 5 below, we have selected "domestic violence
petition". Figure 6 shows Paragraph 1.12 answered
in the Document Preview tab. Figure 6 A shows the caption
of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (PTDSS) after selecting
"domestic violence" option. Selecting antiharassment
petition would automatically check the option in the caption, [
] Order for protection UH (PTORAH).
