1.11 Continuing Restraining Order

Continuing Restraining
Order Initial dialog
Shown in Figure 1, the dialog presents you with one option box,
which has the caption in red. As stated earlier questions highlighted in red require
a response prior to moving to the next dialog .

A continuing restraining order should be entered which restrains
or enjoins the [ ] husband [ ] wife from knowingly coming within or knowingly remaining
within (distance)...
For this demonstration, we will select:
"A continuing restraining order should be entered which restrains or enjoins
the [ ] husband [ ] wife from knowingly coming within or knowingly remaining within
(distance) _______________ of the home, work place or school of the other party
or the day care or school of these children: _________________________________________________________________.
Other: ____________________________________________." as shown
in Figure 3. Notice the additional questions presented in the dialog in Figure 3.

As shown in Figure 4, we have selected
- husband to be enjoined
- (distance) 500 feet
- And selected the child "Jenny Sample" from the drop-down-list.
The software adds and make available each child listed in paragraph 1.3 Children
of the Marriage Dependent Upon Either or Both Spouses, see Figure 5.
You may also type in the name not in the list.

For this demonstration, we will select:

or school of the other party or the day care or school of the following children:
as shown in Figure 7. Notice the additional questions presented
in the dialog in Figure 7.
